Advanced Production Expansion Plan

To further enhance product value and meet the growing demand for finished plywood products, we are implementing a phased UV coating production line project:

  • Phase I UV Production Line: Scheduled for installation and commissioning in October 2026
  • Phase II UV Production Line: Scheduled for installation and commissioning in January 2027

The UV lines will enable us to supply pre-finished birch plywood with superior surface protection, wear resistance, and aesthetic appeal, adding significant value for our U.S. customers.

Prefinished White Birch Plywood comes in 4′ x 8′ Sheets available in 1/4 inch and 3/4 inch thickness. Prefinished White Birch Plywood has color that tends to be light reddish brown with nearly white sapwood. There is virtually no color distinction between annual growth rings, giving Birch a somewhat dull, uniform appearance.
